Logan Ziegler of Skyterra Designs led the creation of Horizon House, a striking property nestled in the prestigious MacDonald Highlands neighborhood of Las Vegas.
Collaborating closely with the homeowner and our team at Awake Window & Door Co., Logan sought custom window and door solutions that would accentuate the home’s unique positioning on a hillside.
After touring Awake’s facility, both Logan and the homeowner knew the elegant, slim-profile designs would seamlessly complement the home’s sleek, modern aesthetic. The result is maximum sweeping views from multiple vantage points, effortlessly blending outdoor and indoor living with thoughtful, high-quality craftsmanship.
Where Mountain Meets Cityscape
Perched on two hillside lots, Horizon House offers a design that’s both dynamic and tranquil. With a unique layout, the home wraps around the hillside, offering dual view frontages of a beautiful golf course to the east and stunning city and mountain vistas to the west. This home was designed for seamless transitions between inside and out, with expansive multi-slide doors that open to an infinity pool and outdoor living spaces. The windows create a sense of transparency throughout the home without sacrificing privacy.
