Overview
Victor Mezhvinsky of FORMA Construction began this Bay Area rebuild in 2018, meticulously working over five years to bring his vision for this modern home with a clean aesthetic life.
When Victor and his designer Geoffrey De Sousa came to our team, they were determined to find a window product that minimized obstruction with thin frame profiles. Still, the windows had to remain safe and practical for daily living. We immediately aligned with their goals and worked to create a custom solution that satisfied their needs, featuring the highly coveted views of Dolores Park and downtown San Francisco.

Situated on the crest of a hill, this home seamlessly transitions between its cozy & sleek interior design and its impressive views of landmarks including Dolores Park, the Warriors Stadium, and the Giants Stadium.
