Strengthening Service: Introducing Strategic Additions to Our Service Team

At Awake Window & Door Co., our commitment to delivering exceptional service is matched only by our drive to innovate and improve. In line with this mission, we recently expanded our service team with two outstanding colleagues, Jose and Ronnie, whose contributions will directly enhance the speed, quality, and communication of every customer interaction.

Joining us as an additional service technician, Jose brings a depth of product knowledge and a track record of innovation cultivated through several years in our production shop. Having excelled across multiple roles, he understands every facet of our windows and doors, from engineering nuances to on-site performance. His transition into the field will not only shrink customer wait times for service tickets and minor adjustments but also foster a healthier work-life balance for the rest of the team by sharing the on-road responsibilities more evenly.

Complementing Jose’s technical expertise, Ronnie steps into the role of Logistics Lead with a focus on customer communications. Over his tenure at Awake, Ronnie has worn many hats—from coordinating inventory to supporting managers—and now brings that versatility to our service desk. His goal is to ensure that every customer email receives a thoughtful response promptly, ideally within twenty-four hours or sooner. Even when answers aren’t immediately available, Ronnie will acknowledge each request promptly and provide clear timelines for follow-up.

Together, Jose and Ronnie will work closely with Aaron Baker and our seasoned technicians to determine part requirements, establish billing parameters, and process service orders efficiently. By blending rapid ticket resolution with proactive communication, they will help set a new industry benchmark for window and door service.
