Dealers can now submit post-order change requests through a simple online form. Once submitted, our team reviews the request promptly and confirms receipt so you know it’s being evaluated.

Every request is carefully reviewed to determine whether changes can be made based on the project’s current stage.

• If a change cannot be made: We’ll let you know right away and, if appropriate, offer an updated quote for a revised order.
• If a change is possible: You’ll receive a clear outline of any adjustments in pricing or fees before any updates are initiated.

This ensures transparency and avoids unnecessary delays.

For requests that move forward, we prepare updated documentation showing the revised product details and associated costs. You’ll receive:

• An updated quote
• Updated drawings (CAD redlines)

These documents are sent for your review and approval before anything is finalized.

Once approved:

• Your order will be updated accordingly
• A revised order confirmation will be issued for your records
• Any applicable billing updates will be reflected in the final invoice

This ensures you have complete visibility into the finalized changes.
