Upcoming Changes to Payments & New Credit Card Option

As part of Awake’s continued growth and commitment to improving our dealer experience, we’re making an important update to our banking partnership.

Payment Updates

We will be transitioning to U.S. Bank, a change that helps us better support streamlined payments, improved security, and long-term scalability.

What’s Staying the Same

Physical check payments will not be affected, and there’s no change to where checks are sent.

What’s Changing

Electronic payment details will be updated. In early February, our accounting team will begin sharing the new U.S. Bank payment instructions directly with accounting contacts. These new details are expected to go live in March, and our team will follow up by phone to confirm receipt and answer any questions along the way.

New Credit Card Payment Option

We’re excited to introduce a new credit card payment option, coming soon. Once available, invoices will include a secure link to U.S. Bank’s payment portal, allowing dealers to pay by credit card if preferred. A small processing fee will apply—this fee is set and collected by U.S. Bank to cover transaction costs.
