Holiday Schedule & Year-End Planning: What You Need to Know for a Smooth Season
As we approach the end of the year, Awake Window & Door Co. is committed to keeping your projects on track with clear timelines and proactive communication. To help you plan ahead, we’ve released our 2025 Holiday Schedule and year-end production calendar for both Sales and Manufacturing.
Our goal is simple: no surprises, no delays—just peace of mind as we move through the busiest season of the year.
Holiday Closure Overview
Awake will observe the following company holidays across both the Shop & Office and Sales teams:
- Thanksgiving: Closed Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2025
- Christmas & New Year’s: Closed from Monday, December 22, 2025, through Friday, January 2, 2026
(Regular operations will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.)
These closures will affect quoting, order entry, production, and shipping schedules.
Important Year-End Ordering Guidance
To ensure timely delivery ahead of the holiday period, we strongly recommend placing all end-of-year orders well in advance.
Please note:
- Orders placed close to the holiday period may experience extended lead times.
- Any approved post-order changes submitted during this period may not be processed until operations resume.
- Production schedules will pause during the year-end shutdown.
Order Cutoff Date:
All year-end orders must be submitted by Friday, December 19, 2025, to be included in this year’s production schedule.
General Recommendation:
We encourage submitting all orders 2–4 weeks prior to the cutoff date to ensure inclusion before the holiday shutdown and to avoid delays caused by year-end production load or inventory procedures.
Shop & Production Considerations
The manufacturing team will follow a scheduled holiday shutdown for maintenance, equipment calibration, and inventory.
Orders ready to go into production must be confirmed before the cutoff date to ensure timely production.
