We gave our employees the opportunity to anonymously rate their personal experience in onboarding, performance reviews, and other aspects related to overall company culture.

From the beginning, we made a decision that our employees would be held in high regard. Each person employed at Awake receives regular 1:1 professional coaching from their supervisor and has the opportunity to participate in courses and coaching dedicated to personal growth.
