Growth With Purpose: Awake Featured in the Phoenix Business Journal

Growth is often measured in numbers. For Awake Window & Door Co., however, the story behind those numbers has always mattered just as much.

Earlier this month, the Phoenix Business Journal featured Awake in its coverage, highlighting the company’s rapid growth, continued investment in Arizona manufacturing, and the social mission that has been part of Awake from the beginning.

The publication reported that Awake has grown revenue by 50,604% since 2021, taking the company from just $66,228 in revenue in 2021 to more than $33 million. That growth has been accompanied by continued investment in product development, domestic manufacturing, our team, and the infrastructure needed to support customers across North America.

Awake is also preparing for an additional 20,000-square-foot expansion in Gilbert as the business continues to scale.

But the story highlighted by the Phoenix Business Journal goes well beyond revenue. Approximately 60% of Awake’s workforce is justice-impacted, reflecting a commitment that has been part of the company’s mission since its founding.
