2024 Holiday Schedule & Year-End Planning: Stay Ahead with Lead Time Insights
As the holidays approach, we want to ensure our customers and partners are well-prepared for upcoming closures and year-end procedures. To keep everything running smoothly, please take note of the following important dates and operational updates.
Holiday Closure Schedule:
- Thursday, November 28 – Closed for Thanksgiving Day
- Friday, November 29 – Closed for the Day after Thanksgiving
- Monday, December 23 – Wednesday, January 1 – Closed for Holiday Shutdown
Our last shipping day of the year will be Friday, December 20, with regular operations resuming on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Please plan your orders and shipments accordingly to avoid delays during the shutdown.
Volatility in Lead Times: Plan with Precision
As we wrap up another year, we want to remind everyone that lead times may fluctuate, especially during the holiday season. Due to increased demand and production schedules, lead times can change day-to-day. This volatility is influenced by several factors, including material availability, manufacturing capacity, and logistical considerations, particularly in the weeks leading up to the holidays. Awake is actively adding capacity to our plant to try and pull lead times down, but demand is incredibly high as we celebrate record-setting growth in 2024.
For the most accurate information, we strongly recommend contacting your territory manager or representative to confirm lead times before placing your order. Staying in close communication with your representative will ensure that you receive the most up-to-date timelines, helping you avoid surprises and maintain smooth project schedules.
