At Awake Window & Door Co., our commitment to precision doesn’t stop at the production floor—it follows your order all the way to your job site. That’s why we’ve implemented a security tagging system that adds an extra layer of protection and peace of mind to every shipment.

Why It Matters

We know how important it is that your order arrives exactly as it left our facility—on time, intact, and accounted for. Our security tag program ensures both parties—Awake and our customers—can trust in a clear chain of custody throughout the delivery process.

What to Expect

 The order is sealed with an 8-inch red plastic security tag, engraved with an order-specific serial number. These tamper-proof tags cannot be reattached once cut, making them a reliable indicator that your shipment has remained untouched during transit.

How It Works

Once your order is carefully loaded onto the truck, an Awake Logistics Lead and the carrier conduct a joint review of the delivery manifest. After confirming that every item is accounted for, a security tag is placed around the lock of the delivery truck. This simple but powerful step ensures nothing changes between our factory floor and your project site.
