Awake Mentoring

The Awake Mentoring course is an opportunity to invest in the overall wellbeing of our employees and those they hope to influence in the community through a mentoring relationship.

We have assessed the most common reasons employees begin to slip in attendance or face other life challenges that affect work performance. By focusing on physical and mental health, relationships, and financial literacy, we hope to provide foundational resources to build a healthy and stable lifestyle. Our goal is not to see our team survive the day to day, but to thrive and help others along the way.

October 21, 2:45-4:45pm

Guest Speaker: Scott Gates, CEO Awake Window & Door Co.

This class will provide an introduction to the next five weeks by laying out a plan and establishing some of the ground rules and expectations.  We’ll discuss the importance of identifying which qualities or values are most important and how to build a plan that embodies those personal values.  Throughout the class, we will encourage healthy discussion and disagreement to embody the core values of learn and challenge.

October 28, 2:45-4:45pm

Guest Speaker: Scott S, Just 1 Life Services
