20,000-Square-Foot Facility
Growth at Awake Window & Door Co. has always been about more than simply getting bigger. It’s about creating the space, resources, and capabilities necessary to continue innovating, support our partners, and meet the growing demand for Awake products.
Later this year, we’ll take another significant step forward with the addition of approximately 20,000 square feet of new office, showroom, engineering, and manufacturing space at our Gilbert, Arizona headquarters — located directly across the parking lot from our existing manufacturing facility.
A New Customer-Facing Showroom
Situated along the street with greater visibility and accessibility, the new showroom will become a destination for architects, builders, dealers, designers, and homeowners. Visitors will experience Awake systems firsthand — seeing the details, engineering, operation, and design possibilities that drawings or specifications alone cannot convey.
More Room for Engineering & Innovation
The expansion will provide additional space for Awake’s growing administrative, engineering, and R&D teams — supporting the next generation of Awake products and the highly customized engineering behind every project we manufacture.
Expanding Manufacturing Capacity
The new facility will add valuable manufacturing space, increasing Awake’s capacity as demand continues to grow. Adding manufacturing alongside expanded engineering capabilities creates an important connection between the people designing our systems and the teams bringing them to life.
Six years into the Awake story, this expansion represents another important milestone. What began as an idea to build a different kind of window and door company continues to grow — in our products, our people, our capabilities, and now, once again, our physical footprint.
