At Awake Window & Door Co., we’re always looking for new ways to give architects, builders, and homeowners greater design flexibility. That’s why we’re excited to announce that Simulated Divided Lites (SDLs) will soon be available across most Awake window and door systems.
Inspired by the enduring appeal of traditional divided-light windows, our new SDL profiles bring classic architectural character to modern aluminum systems — while preserving the expansive views, slim sightlines, and high-performance glazing that define every Awake product.
Four Profile Options

¾” Standard
A slim, contemporary profile that delivers clean architectural lines while maximizing glass area.

¾” Beveled
A refined beveled profile that adds subtle depth and timeless character to modern designs.

1⅜” Standard
A wider grille profile offering bold architectural definition with a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

A historic beveled profile that brings enhanced dimension and classic elegance to any elevation.
